Dear Applicants,
I am giving my comments here because I noticed that the applicants are writing their applications here. I think that is fine but as a reader(I am not an applicant and I am not a recruiter) I just want to give you applicants some advise.

Please do not wirte as you are writing to a friend. Capitalize what needs to be capitalized and do not write like you are sending text messages. If you are graduates of some degree at least you know how to write a business letter as that is always taught in schools especially in College and even from elementary and high school.
