Hello Ma’am/ Sir,

I am Dwight M. Tayag, 22 years old, born on dec 24 1988, and a resident of Tungawan Zamboanga Sibugay Philippines. I am a graduate of nursing-aide course and caregiver course with 1 year experience at a lying-in hospital as a nursing attendant and a rescuer nurse. I am a NCII care-giving certificate holder( to include: care for infant, care for adult, and house-keeping). I am also a red cross trained- volunteer. I aslo had my passport and other documents ready for employment abroad. I am reliable at work and fst and efficient as well. With good in English communication skill. Also a computer literate.
I am in need of job for now, and i am applying as a caregiver or even a nanny.
