And to achieve their goals, they need to hire qualified applicants for care assistant jobs who are motivated, energetic, and dedicated persons, to join their Community care team. At present, they provide care to residents across 7 facilities and community care clients and offers casual, permanent, and part time positions.
To qualify, all applicants must possess the following:
- Certificate in Aged Care Work (CHC30102)
- Current First Aide Certificate
- Previous experience in Residential Aged Care
- Previous experience in documenting Residents’ care and progress is a plus
- Experience in dementia care is an advantage
- Eligible to work in Australia
