I am Thor-on Yap 23 years old from Cotabato City. I wrote this letter to serve as a application letter to show my willingness and interest to work as caregiver in Canada. I graduated 2 years vocationl courses such as Practical Nursing with Caregiving. I took and PASSED the National Certificate Examination given by TESDA last March 22,2010. I had more than 1 year experience in hospital duties,communities,and other field experiences.
