Most caregiver recruitment agencies in Canada do not accept applicants who are applying directly from the Philippines because the processing time of application in the Philippines takes almost 2 years and employers in Canada can’t wait that long. So I think you’ll just have to apply for caregiver jobs in other countries while waiting for POEA approved caregiver jobs in Canada.
