DFA ePassport Appointment System

In an effort to provide Filipinos with a more efficient service in their passport application and passport renewal, the Department of Foreign Affairs through the Office of Consular Affairs launched the ePassport Appointment System. The new ePassport Appointment System aims to bring at par with world class consular services our passport application, renewal, and processing services. The ePassport service also comes with a passport delivery option for those applicants who have a busy schedule. The new ePassport Appointment System is designed to help ease the incovenience brought about by the long lines that are formed due to the huge volume of applicants in the old walk-in system. Because in the new ePassport Appointment System, all applicants will be processed and given their schedule of appointment when they should visit the DFA for their passport application. And best of all you can apply for your passport application schedule via the DFA’s hotline numbers or through the internet.

For the benefit of all the Filipino passport applicants under the new ePassport Appointment System, the OCA or Office of the Consular Affairs of the Department of Foreign Affairs or DFA has moved to a new and state of the art building situated at the corner of Macapagal Blvd. And Bradco Avenue in Aseana Business Park in Parañaque City. In these new location, all passport applications will be processed and accepted under the new ePassport Appointment System.
