    OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    As a government REGISTERED and LICENSED employment consultants we are working with the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment.
    01. Job Orders/Demand Letters clearly indicating the number of vacancies for each category, salary details and other benefits duly signed and stamped by the employer/agent should be attested by the Sri Lanka foreign mission in the host country.
    02. Power of Attorney to carryout the recruitment on behalf of the Foreign Principal in Sri Lanka as a local agent.
    03. An agreement should be duly signed and stamped by both parties as per the terms and conditions which should be attested by the Sri Lankan mission in the host country.
    04. All relevant document work permit and visa should be checked and approved by the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment.
    05. Signing the work agreement with the employer and the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment on behalf of Foreign Principal in Sri Lanka.
    06. All foreign employees are covered and protected and insured by an Insurance scheme given by the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment.
    07. Our consultation fees, employee’s welfare fee, medical, insurance, airway passages, embassy charges and Sri Lanka Foreign Bureau of Foreign Employment charges are paid by the employer.

    IMPORTANT

    ALL THE DOCUMENTATIONS SHOULD BE DULY SIGNED STAMPED BY THE FOREIGN PRINCIPAL/AGENT/COMPANY RESPRESENTATIVE AND AUTHENTICATED BY THE SRI LANKA DIPLOMETIC MISSION IN THE HOST COUNTRY
